These all are non-security updates, which put patches to almost all of your MS Office products for the relative version that is either 2013 or 2016. I have added changelog for each update and then the downloaded link for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows are added so you may easily get the update via direct links which are safe to download. This update fixes the following issue:

When you export a PDF file by using the Visio 2013 drawing control in an application, the PDF file is pixelated because it’s raster-based instead of vector-based. Any metafiles (.emf) in the original Visio content is rasterized instead of being emitted as vector instructions.

This update makes Office applications work better in network environments that use proxy (.pac) files by dropping the additional and unnecessary direct Internet requests that could cause time-outs and delays.

If the “Disable hardware graphics acceleration” option is checked, you experience rendering issues when you are running Microsoft Project 2013.  All these issues have been fixed. Fixed an issue where Page breaks appear misaligned and the dragline continues to draw in wrong locations when you drag them in “Page Break Preview” view in Excel 2016. After you install KB4011050, black borders may appear around rows or cells in Excel spreadsheets when you enter text. This is removed now. Fixed an issue when, after you update a PowerPivot table, the formatting disappears.

In this situation, additional actual work that you don’t enter may be applied to the assignment unexpectedly. This has been fixed.

Fixed an issue when, after you enable Information Rights Management (IRM) for a SharePoint document library that uses required custom columns, you cannot create new documents in this library from the templates and receive the following error message ”The file is uploaded as checked out”. Fixed an error when you try to check in the files, you receive the following error message “We can’t-do that for you because the file is no longer checked out or has been deleted”. Outlook 2016 crashes randomly when you print a file by using certain third-party printers. This has fixed now. When you open some PDF files that have certain image encoding in Word 2016, the images may be displayed black. Merged table cells are broken after you install August 8, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB3213656) or September 5, 2017, update for Word 2016 (KB4011039), this has been resolved now.
